Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to find gear, order it and get help. This website aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

What we have done

• Keyboard access to menus, catalogue filters, the cart and checkout, with visible focus indicators.
• Text and interactive elements designed to meet AA colour-contrast ratios.
• Form fields with labels; error messages are announced and linked to the field.
• Live announcements for result counts and cart changes; a “skip to main content” link.
• Alternative text for meaningful images; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
• Support for reduced-motion preferences and zoom up to 200%.

Known limitations

Product photos are stock photos for illustration; their alt text says so. Third-party content (for example analytics, if enabled) is outside our direct control.

Accessible British Columbia Act

The Accessible British Columbia Act sets accessibility planning requirements for prescribed organizations in BC. Whether or not those requirements apply to us, we use WCAG 2.1 AA as our standard and welcome feedback.
