Done in store by staff who fish. Most spooling is done while you wait; reels and rods can be dropped off any time during store hours.

Drop off
Bring the reel or rod in during store hours. We tag it and give you a ticket.
Inspect & quote
If parts are needed beyond the standard service, we call with a quote first.
Service
Strip, clean, grease, replace worn parts and test the drag.
Pick up
We text or email when it is ready. Unclaimed items are held for 90 days.
